Important (Apple-friendly summary)
- Halaly is a marketplace for physical goods and real-world services (not digital content).
- The in-app “Order” feature creates a request/booking and records status.
- Payments (if any) occur outside the app (e.g., in-person/on delivery).
1) Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Halaly app/website, and "User" refers to anyone using the Platform.
2) Eligibility & accounts
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
3) Platform nature (physical goods & services marketplace)
Halaly is a marketplace for livestock, physical goods, and real-world services. We do not sell digital content or digital subscriptions in the app.
4) Orders & communication
- The in-app “Order” feature creates a request/booking between users and records its status.
- Phone/WhatsApp contact may be available as an additional option, but it is not required to use the Platform.
5) Payments
Any payment arrangements occur between users outside the Platform (e.g., in-person/on delivery).
6) User-generated content
- You are responsible for your listings/services content and its accuracy.
- You may not post unlawful, misleading, abusive content, or content that infringes others’ rights.
- We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
7) Blocking & reporting
We provide reporting and blocking tools to help maintain a safe environment.
8) Disclaimer
Halaly is an intermediary platform. We do not guarantee the quality or safety of livestock/services listed by users. Transactions are between users at their own responsibility.
9) Account termination
You can delete your account in-app. We may suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10) Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
